Escape Lounges are open to all travellers, regardless of airline or ticket class.  

You can turn up to the lounge on the day and pay at the door to enter. Alternatively, certain card holders receive complimentary access to some Escape Lounges. Refer to the Access page for more information.

Or, to guarantee a place in our lounge exactly when it suits you, you can pre-book your space using our booking tool (this must be done at least 24 hours prior to entry).

Children are allowed entry into Escape Lounges. Those aged 24 months and under receive free entry.

The dress code in Escape Lounges is smart casual. Please avoid wearing any clothing with slogans that might cause offence, as well as shorts above the knee. Men must keep their shoulders covered.

Lounge managers and staff have the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave at their own discretion. In such cases, a refund would not be offered.

American Express card holders without complimentary access and guest also receive a discounted rate.

We offer discounted rates of $50 on walk-up for the following guests: First Responders (Fire Department, Police), AAA Membership, Active Military. Proof of service is required upon entry.

We accept all major credit cards for payments. All sales are final. Our Escape Lounges are now cashless, so payment is available by card only.

Food and beverages

Escape Lounges offers a variety of complimentary freshly made dishes from our chef-curated menu. Menus vary at every location as they are prepared by local chefs with the local community’s taste in mind.

Complimentary refreshments include coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer, and spirits. You can also purchase premium alcoholic beverages for an additional cost.

Guests will have access to the lounge 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure time.
