Access Information
HOW TO ACCESS?
Our Escape Lounges accept guests flying with any airline or class ticket.
We also accept children and babies, and those aged 23 months or younger are applicable for free entry (Children aged 24 months and above are charged the standard entry price).
Due to a reduced capacity following the COVID-19 pandemic, Groups larger than 4 are not permitted in the Escape Lounges at any of our Airports. Separate bookings forming a group larger than 4 will be refused access to the Lounge and no refunds will be given.
There are several ways to gain entry to our Escape Lounges, either by pre-booking, walking-up on the day, with an applicable membership card or through an agreement made with an airline.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
We accept applicable membership cards such as Dragon Pass, Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Lounge Club, Diners Club, Lounge Me, and TAV Passports. Eligible guests can use their cards to gain access for themselves and up to three guests. Please check with your card provider for information about any cost associated with entry for the both cardholder and any guests.
All card holder access is subject to availability.
AIRLINE INVITATIONS
We are pleased to work with several partner airlines to accept eligible guests, usually either frequent flyers, or premium/business class passengers. There is no need to pre-book your place if you have an invitation from your airline for lounge access.
Please check with your airline prior to travel to see if you are eligible for lounge access and any Terms & Conditions regarding this access.
