Access
Opening hours differ across each individual Escape Lounges location. Check the relevant lounge page on this site for your location's opening hours.
Escape Lounges are open to all travellers, regardless of airline or ticket class. Â
You can turn up to the lounge on the day and pay at the door to enter.Â
Or, to guarantee a place in our lounge exactly when it suits you, you can pre-book your space using our booking tool (this must be done at least 24 hours prior to entry).
We accept several membership cards, including DragonPass, Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Lounge Club, Diners Club, Lounge Me and TAV Passport.Â
Eligible guests can use their cards to gain access for themselves and up to three guests.
Please check with your card provider for information about any cost associated with entry for the card holder and any guests.
Children are allowed entry into Escape Lounges. Those aged 35 months and under receive free entry.
Groups larger than 6 are not permitted in the Escape Lounge without prior authorisation. If you want to book for a group larger than 6, you must contact our sales team using our contact us form. Find out more about group bookings.Â
The dress code in Escape Lounges is smart casual. Please avoid wearing any clothing with slogans that might cause offence, as well as shorts above the knee. Men must keep their shoulders covered.
Lounge managers and staff have the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave at their own discretion. In such cases, a refund would not be offered.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards for payments. All sales are final. Our Escape Lounges are now cashless, so payment is available by card only.

Food and beverages
Escape Lounges offers a variety of complimentary freshly made dishes from our chef-curated menu. Menus vary at every location as they are prepared by local chefs with the local community’s taste in mind.
Complimentary refreshments include coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer, and spirits. You can also purchase premium alcoholic beverages for an additional cost.
Guests will have access to the lounge 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure time.
