Escape Lounges are open to all travellers, regardless of airline or ticket class.
You can turn up to the lounge on the day and pay at the door to enter.
Or, to guarantee a place in our lounge exactly when it suits you, you can pre-book your space using our booking tool (this must be done at least 24 hours prior to entry).
Your booking will be held for up to one hour after your scheduled arrival time, subject to availability. If you expect to arrive later than this, we recommend cancelling and rebooking (in line with our cancellation policy) for your new arrival time. Please note that you cannot enter earlier than your booked time, and you will still need to leave at your original exit time.
Between May and October, groups larger than 6 are not permitted in the Escape Lounge without prior authorisation. If you want to book for a group larger than 6 outside of this time, you must contact our sales team using our contact us form. Find out more about group bookings.
Unfortunately, we cannot combine bookings or reserve specific seats in advance. However, when you arrive at the lounge, you may request particular seating arrangements, and our staff will do their best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Please note that if you have multiple bookings, seating together is not guaranteed, and all guests must respect the lounge environment.
If your pass provider shows no availability, you may still be able to book directly with us, subject to space on the day. We reserve a set number of spaces for pass holders (e.g., Priority Pass, Dragon Pass) while ensuring a high-quality experience for all guests. If you have any questions about your pass, please contact your provider directly.
The dress code in Escape Lounges is smart casual. Please avoid wearing any clothing with slogans that might cause offence, as well as shorts above the knee. Men must keep their shoulders covered.
Lounge managers and staff have the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave at their own discretion. In such cases, a refund would not be offered.

Escape Lounges offers a variety of complimentary freshly made dishes from our chef-curated menu. Menus vary at every location as they are prepared by local chefs with the local community’s taste in mind.
Complimentary refreshments include coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer, and spirits. You can also purchase premium alcoholic beverages for an additional cost.
We can accommodate many dietary needs. You can review our menus in advance to get detailed information on ingredients and allergens. We also recommend informing our lounge staff upon arrival so they can assist with any specific requirements.
Any items left in the lounge are handed over to the airport’s lost property department. Please visit the website of the airport you travelled from and complete the lost property form.
