Chef Colin

Chef Colin Smith

With 30 years of culinary experience, Colin is responsible for the menus across our US lounges and integrates tradition, innovation, and creativity into his craft. After attending the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, he began his career as an apprentice in kitchens of European chefs throughout the Bay Area, working with notable restaurants such as Lipizzaner, Duck Club, Saros, Danville Hotel, and Stars.

With over 34 years of hospitality and catering experience, across restaurants, hotels and more recently aviation, Andy has a deep-rooted love for food, innovation and creativity. He is highly committed and passionate about delivering first class food across all our UK lounges.
