What amenities are included in the price of lounge entry?
When you visit our lounges, we offer a full menu of freshly prepared hot and cold dishes, as well as coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits, all included in the price.
You also get complimentary access to a range of premium facilities, including unlimited, ultra-fast private WiFi; charging points and power outlets; print, scan and copy services; and Pressreader, which provides digital access to 7,000+ newspapers and magazines.
Are children allowed in the lounges?
Yes, we welcome children into our Escape Lounges! Those aged 36 months and older are required to pay the standard entry price, but in the UK if you’re visiting with children aged 0-35 months, they can enter Escape Lounges for free. In the US this is 24 months and under.

Do you accept Priority Pass?
In our UK and US lounges, eligible Priority Pass card holders can gain access for themselves and up to three guests. We accept a range of other cards, including Dragonpass and Dreamfolks. Card holder access is subject to availability, and not all passes are accepted at every lounge. For the most up to date information about availability and prices, please contact your card provider. Â To gain entry, you must bring your card with you to show at the reception desk when you arrive. Â

What food options are there in Escape Lounges?
Our US and UK lounges have a selection of food available to meet all dietary requirements at any time of day, from breakfast to snacks, and dinner to light bites. Each lounge has its own menu, tailored to the local area. To browse the exact menu for your chosen lounge, navigate to the relevant lounge page on our site, and then select ‘view menu.’
We provide a range of vegan and gluten free food in our lounges as standard, all labelled appropriately. If you need assistance with our menus or food options, our in-lounge hospitality teams are on hand to serve you and advise.
What is there to drink in the lounge?
We offer a selection of both alcoholic and hot and cold soft drinks across our UK and US lounges. You can browse our drinks menus for the US and UK before your visit.

How suitable is seating for those with mobility concerns?
All Escape Lounges are accessible for wheelchair users, meaning those with mobility issues can enjoy our lounges.

Is it cheaper to buy a pass to the Escape Lounge in advance or on the day?
While you don’t have to pre-book your lounge access, booking in advance means you get the best price, and you avoid the disappointment of being turned away if the lounge is full. Our online booking system makes it quick and easy to guarantee your escape to remember, simply enter your travel details and book your visit.

Is there a dress code?
Escape Lounges have a smart - casual dress code, but request that you dress appropriately for your visit.
We don’t allow certain items, including replica sports kits or items with team names/logos, clothing with slogans or motifs that may cause offence, fancy dress and clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs.
We don’t allow entry to guests wearing hair rollers, but we do allow hats and caps.
