Essence by Escape Lounges at Bristol Airport is open from 3.30am until 7.30pm, seven days a week.

Essence by Escape Lounges is open to all travellers regardless of airline or ticket class.

The lounge accepts walk-ups only. Turn up at the lounge on the day and pay at the door to enter.

Guests holding the following cards can pre-book their access: DragonPass, Priority Pass and Lounge Key.

DragonPass cardholders should use our DragonPass booking portal.

Priority Pass and Lounge Key cardholders should use our Priority Pass and Lounge Key booking portal.

Walk-up and pre-book access are subject to availability and are on a first come, first served basis.

We accept all major credit cards for payments. All sales are final. Essence by Escape Lounges is cashless, so payment is available by card only.

Your visit to Essence by Escape Lounges includes complimentary access to a range of premium facilities, as well as food and drinks.

Essence by Escape Lounges offers a variety of complimentary freshly made dishes from our chef-curated menu. Complimentary refreshments include coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits.

Guests will have access to the lounge 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure time.

We accept several membership cards, including DragonPass, Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Lounge Club, Diners Club, Lounge Me, TAV Passport and Dreamfolks.

Children are allowed entry into Essence by Escape Lounges. Those aged 35 months and under receive free entry. Children aged 3 to 15 pay a reduced rate of £25.

Essence by Escape Lounges at Bristol Airport has step-free access and accessible toilets. All in-terminal assistance is provided by Bristol Airport. Contact the airport assistance team for more information.

The dress code in Essence by Escape Lounges is smart casual. Please avoid wearing any clothing with slogans that might cause offence, as well as shorts above the knee. Men must keep their shoulders covered.

Lounge managers and staff have the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave at their own discretion. In such cases, a refund would not be offered.

We can accommodate many dietary needs. You can review our menu in advance to get detailed information on ingredients and allergens. We also recommend informing our lounge staff upon arrival so they can assist with any specific requirements.
