All food and drinks available in our Escape Lounges are included in the price on walk-in and pre-book. Complimentary refreshments include coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits. You can also purchase premium alcoholic beverages for an additional cost.

We accept several membership cards, including DragonPass, Priority Pass and Lounge Key.

Eligible guests can use their cards to gain access for themselves and up to three guests.
Please check with your card provider for information about any cost associated with entry for the card holder and any guests.

All card holder access is subject to availability. To gain entry, you must bring your card with you to show at the reception desk when you arrive.

We also offer complimentary food and drink services within the lounge, meaning you don’t have to exit to enjoy a meal and beverages before you fly.

Children are allowed entry into Escape Lounges. Those aged 35 months and under receive free entry.

During busy periods from May to October, we do not accept bookings for groups larger than 6 people. For other times of the year, please visit our contact page for further guidance.

The dress code in Escape Lounges is smart casual. Please avoid wearing any clothing with slogans that might cause offence, as well as shorts above the knee. Men must keep their shoulders covered.

Lounge managers and staff have the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave at their own discretion. In such cases, a refund would not be offered.

We accept all major credit cards for payments. All sales are final. Our Escape Lounges are now cashless, so payment is available by card only.

Guests will have access to the lounge 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure time.
