Prize

2. By entering this prize draw, you are in with a chance of winning two (2) x vouchers for a visit to an Escape Lounge of the winner’s choice from the locations listed on the website worth approximately $40.00 USD or £32.99 each - (“Prize”).

3. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner must pre-book their visit to the lounge to ensure entry.

4. The Prize does not include:

- Flights from the airport

- Transport to or from the airport

How to enter

5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. This prize draw will run from 17.00 on Friday 22nd March 2024 (“Opening Date”) until 10.00 on Tuesday 2nd April 2024 (“Closing Date”) inclusive.

7. All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date will automatically be disqualified.

8. Multiple entries permitted per person.

9. To enter the prize draw you must:

b. Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post

10. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

11. The Promoter will not accept proof of postage or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.

12. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

14. To enter this prize draw you must be a resident of the US, aged 18 years or over.

15. This prize draw is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw.

16. By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

17. Prize draw entries cannot be returned.

Announcing the winner

18. One (1) winner will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received. The draw will take place no later than 14 days after the Closing Date and the winner will be announced on

Instagram no later than 14 days after the Closing Date on Tuesday 2nd April 2024. (“Announcement Date”).

19. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

20. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date by sending a direct message to the Instagram account used to enter the competition.

21. The name of the winner will be provided on request.

Claiming the prize

24. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 14 of days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the eligible entries received before the Closing Date.

25. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.

26. For the name of the prize winner available after Tuesday 2nd April 2024 send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: the Promoter’s address listed above.

Data protection

27. If you are the winner of the prize draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this prize draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

28. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

29. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

30. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

31. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this prize draw, you waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promoter from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. You agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. You further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
