1.      Promoter
This competition is jointly promoted by Escape Lounges and Butcombe Brewing Co. (“the Promoters”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2.      Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

• Employees of Escape Lounges, Butcombe Brewing Co., their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3.      Competition Period

• The competition opens on 12.01 and closes on 03.02 (“Closing Date”).

• Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted.

4.      How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must complete all of the following steps during the competition period:

• Like the competition post on Instagram

• Follow @escapelounges and @butcombe

• Tag at least one friend in the comments of the post

• Share the competition post to their Instagram Story

5.      Prize
There will be one (1) winner, who will receive:

• Free Escape Lounge passes (quantity to be confirmed by Escape Lounges; subject to availability and lounge entry terms)

• £100 worth of Butcombe Brewing Co. beer (delivered as a voucher, product selection, or equivalent, at the Promoters’ discretion)

6.      Prize Conditions

• Escape Lounge passes are subject to lounge availability, airport location, and standard entry terms.

• Alcohol prizes are subject to age verification. The winner may be required to provide proof of age before the prize is fulfilled.

• The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7.      Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @escapelounges only.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

8.      Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to their Instagram handle being announced on Escape Lounges’ and/or Butcombe Brewing Co.’s social channels for promotional purposes.

9.      Data Protection

• Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition.

• Data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoters’ privacy policies.

• No data will be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil the prize.

10.  General

• The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of their control.

• The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.  Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
