Hollings Building

North West artist Louise Potter has captured one of the UK’s most unique buildings in a simple outline. Formally known as the Hollings Building, the Toast Rack is a Modernist structure in Fallowfield, Manchester. Designed by Leonard Cecil Howitt, it was formerly a university campus. A recognisable landmark for many locals, the building has recently been bought by developers as a part of Manchester's regeneration program.

Manchester Town Hall

A minimalist drawing of the front of Manchester Town Hall in Albert Square, by North West artist Louise Potter. One of the most iconic landmarks in the city, and regarded as one of the finest examples of Neo-Gothic architecture in the UK, the Town Hall is also one of the most important Grade I listed buildings in England. It celebrated its 140th birthday in 2017.

Salford Lads Club

A minimalist drawing by North West artist Louise Potter of Salford Lads Club, made famous by The Smiths when it featured on the cover of their third studio album in 1986. Established in 1903 as a purpose-built club for boys, the club has continued to provide this facility for more than 100 years (though it is now open to both boys and girls).

Victoria Baths

A mosaic-style decorative painting by Lucy Burgess that showcases some of the prominent features of Victoria Baths, a Grade II listed historic swimming pool. The front of the building has multi-coloured brickwork and terracotta decoration, while many of the windows have decorative stained glass. The baths were opened to the public in 1906, but since closing in 1993 have been restored and brought back to public use for activities including festivals and weddings.
