How to access our UK lounges
Who can come into an Escape Lounge?
Escape Lounges accept guests flying with any airline or class.
Children and babies are welcome to enter the lounge, with those aged 35 months and under entering for free.
There are several ways to gain entry to our lounges: you can pre-book; walk-up on the day and pay at the door; enter with an applicable membership card; or gain access via your airline.
Which membership cards
grant me access?
In our UK Escape Lounges, eligible guests can use their cards to gain access for themselves and up to three guests. Please check with your card provider for information about any cost associated with entry for both the card holder and any guests. All card holder access is subject to availability. Not all passes are accepted at every lounge; please check details with staff at your chosen lounge location.

Guests will have access to the lounge 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure time.
Can I pre-book if I have a membership card?
DragonPass and Priority Pass card holders can now pre-book their space within our lounges. Guarantee your seat in our Escape Lounge by reserving your space via our dedicated DragonPass or Priority Pass booking portal, which you can access on your chosen lounge location page.
It is important to remember that you will need your DragonPass or Priority Pass card to enter the lounges. If you fail to arrive at the Escape Lounge within 2 hours of your pre-booked time, we reserve the right to free your seat.
Airline invitations
We are pleased to work with several partner airlines to accept eligible guests, usually either frequent flyers or premium/business class passengers.
There is no need to pre-book your place if you have an invitation from your airline for lounge access.
Please check with your airline prior to travel to see if you are eligible for lounge access and any terms and conditions regarding this access.
